Mobile hotspots are available to borrow from the Palmer Public Library, providing free Wi-Fi access for your personal devices at home or on the go! Our hotspots use the T-Mobile network, and you can use their Coverage Map to confirm that your home or destination will receive service.
Borrowing a Hotspot
To borrow a hotspot, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid CW MARS library card. Hotspots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
The loan period for hotspots is three weeks, with an automatic renewal for an additional three weeks. No fines will be charged for hotspots that are returned late, but overdue hotspots may have their service disconnected. If a hotspot is lost or damaged, the borrowing patron will be billed for replacing the item or the lost components.
By using a library hotspot, the patron agrees to follow the Palmer Public Library’s Computer Use and Internet Access Policy.
